NMDL (Nanostructured Materials and Devices Lab) @ kit (Kumoh National Institute of Technology) explores advanced nanofabrication technnology derived from semiconductor processing. Based on convergence research encompassing "process-material-property-application", we aim to realize scalable nanomanufacturing and nanostructures for industrial use.
